AISPER is a student-centered think tank that has been created to offer students at Grossmont College and San Diego State University the opportunity to work as knowledge workers in a professional think tank environment. AISPER is non-partisan and hopes to explore some of the most pressing social, economic, and political problems facing Asia in the years to come from a pragmatic perspective, respectful of individual liberty.
