AISPER Fellows are selected from some of the most highly motivated and talented students from Grossmont Colllege and San Diego State University that display an interest in the region of Asia and the important policy decisions coming out of that region that will impact the quality of human freedom around the globe. Each fellow will undertake a substantial research project, be mentored by a skilled researcher with a focus in the area they are interested when possible, and help implement other projects of AISPER including the lecture series, teacher workshops, and our model UN conference. AISPER Fellows have exceptional opportunities to better prepare themselves for work in graduate school and knowledge-based organizations.
